Ashley at Spoonful of Flavor gives us this great recipe for a no-bake snack that delivers on her promise that they taste like Larabars. They’re a little sweet but not too sweet and they stay firm even when they’re not refrigerated. They’re vegan, gluten free, and paleo-friendly, too.
Cooking Classy’s peanut butter chocolate chip goodies are great for when you’re craving something sweet! These take a few minutes longer to make because you have to chill the dough to get it firmer. You can make them vegan with a few small substitutions.
From Busy But Healthy comes an indulgent treat.. OK, these take twice as long to make as the other two above – plus they require an oven – but the reward is worth the work! This delicious recipe creates a high-protein and delicious snack. And did we mention they’re amazingly delicious? I’ll admit that they have some obscure ingredients (and I substituted sugar for the stevia) but wow. Give these a shot!
